Shipping Policy
PLEASE NOTE: Due to high demand in the Australia Post network, they are currently experiencing a 1 – 2 business day delivery delay to some states in Australia.
AUSTRALIA
Orders with an Australian delivery address are sent via a Priority Post service with Australia Post for a charge of $12.95 per parcel. All orders over $79.95 with a delivery location within Australia will receive complimentary shipping. You can expect to receive your parcel within 1 to 5 business days from dispatch. It is our priority to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
We use Australia Post couriers for our international shipping. All orders with a delivery address in New Zealand will receive a charge of $40 shipping. All orders with a delivery location outside of New Zealand and Australia will receive a charge of $75 shipping. Please note, this charge is for transport costs only and does not cover import liabilities that may be applied by the government of your destination country. Peach Activewear does not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country.

ENSURE A SAFE DELIVERY
Please do include a company name if you are requesting a delivery to a business address. Please ensure you are delivering to a safe address where your parcel can not be intercepted. If a parcel has been signed and accepted on delivery, Peach Activewear will not take responsibility if the signee is fraudulent. If you contact Australia Post and request “Safedrop” Peach Activewear will not be held liable for missing parcels.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
Once an order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an emailed invoice followed by an email containing tracking information. Once an order has been placed you cannot amend or cancel your order. Any changes must be completed upon delivery by following our Return Policy.
